A Life of Service and Problem-Solving
I've spent my career solving complex problems, and I'm ready to bring that same approach to the Minnesota House. After earning my degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, I spent more than two decades in quality and program management roles, including work on federally regulated projects. I later built a successful career in the medical device industry, guiding companies through complex regulatory and quality system requirements.
That experience taught me the value of careful analysis, accountability, and getting things right — qualities I believe are sorely needed in St. Paul today.
Faith and Community
I'm active at the State Capitol as a lead with the Capitol Pray Network, which prays for elected officials during the legislative session. I believe in lifting up our leaders in prayer regardless of party, because good governance matters to every Minnesotan.
I also bring firsthand knowledge of Minnesota's election system as a member of the Dakota Election Integrity Group and a certified election judge. Fair elections are the foundation of our democracy, and I'm committed to protecting that process.
Family
I'm a widower and the proud father of two adult children and grandfather of three. Family is at the center of everything I do, and it's the reason I care so deeply about the future we're building for the next generation. I remain active in my church and local community organizations.
Why I'm Running
I'm running because Minnesotans deserve leaders who will listen, work across differences, and put the needs of their communities first. I've watched government grow more distant from the people it serves, and I believe it's time for practical, commonsense leadership that restores trust and accountability.
